2. AI Services
Our services may use artificial intelligence and third party technology.
AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated or inappropriate outputs.
You acknowledge that AI generated information should not automatically be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial or other expert advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing important AI generated communications, decisions and outputs where human review is appropriate.

You authorize 7 Orbit to process such information to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service.
You must not provide data to 7 Orbit that you are legally prohibited from sharing.

• Restrict access
• Suspend accounts
• Change their policies
• Remove features
• Experience outages

7 Orbit is not responsible for losses caused solely by changes, outages, restrictions or failures of third party services beyond our reasonable control.

7 Orbit does not assume responsibility for customer supplied content that violates a platform's rules or applicable law.
8. AI Lead Enquiry and Follow Up
Where an AI lead enquiry system is purchased, the system may receive enquiries, process supplied information, generate configured responses, send messages through connected channels and notify the customer's team.
The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the AI system and for reviewing important communications where appropriate.
9. AI Revenue Automation
Where an AI revenue automation system is purchased, the system may perform prospect discovery, qualification, research, data enrichment, outreach, AI replies, scheduling and lead handover according to the agreed configuration.
AI generated research and prospect information may contain inaccuracies.
The customer remains responsible for final sales decisions and compliance with applicable marketing and communication laws.
10. AI Voice Receptionist
The AI Voice Receptionist may answer calls, collect information, assist with scheduling and route information into connected systems.
Depending on configuration, the system may collect names, contact details, appointment preferences, enquiry details and other information necessary for the requested workflow.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any call recording, transcription, notification or personal data processing is lawful in the jurisdictions where the service is used.
7 Orbit does not guarantee that an AI receptionist will correctly understand every caller or situation.
Customers should provide appropriate human escalation procedures for sensitive, emergency or complex matters.
11. Healthcare and Sensitive Use Cases
Some AI receptionist configurations may be used by healthcare related businesses.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, 7 Orbit does not represent that a particular service configuration is compliant with every healthcare privacy, medical records, professional secrecy or sector specific requirement applicable to the customer.
Customers operating in regulated industries are responsible for determining their own legal and regulatory requirements and informing 7 Orbit of relevant technical requirements before implementation.
12. Payment Terms
All prices, subscription fees, setup fees and other charges will be communicated through the relevant product page, quotation, invoice or written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
• Payment must be received before service activation

• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges
• Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of services
13. Payment Security
7 Orbit takes reasonable measures to protect payment related information.

to 7 Orbit employees through ordinary communication channels.

Third party payment providers are independently responsible for their payment infrastructure and may maintain their own terms, privacy policies and security requirements.
14. Refunds and Cancellations

• Customized automation work may be non refundable once work has commenced
• Third party charges may be non refundable
• Subscription cancellations may take effect at the end of the current billing period

Customers retain ownership of content and business information they provide to 7 Orbit, subject to the rights necessary for providing the service.
16. Customer Content License
You grant 7 Orbit a limited, non exclusive right to use, reproduce, transmit, modify and process customer supplied content solely to provide the purchased services.

7 Orbit may modify, improve, replace or discontinue features from time to time.
Where a material change significantly affects a paid service, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change where appropriate.
28. Changes to These Terms
